At Hey You, we want you to love your purchase! However, if you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below:
All Sales Are Final – No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Policy
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with original tags attached.
- Exchanges can only be made for the same or higher-priced item (price difference to be paid by the customer).
- If an item goes on sale after your purchase, exchanges will be processed at the new, discounted price.
- Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it to us within 3 days of delivery at order@heyyou.club with your order details and clear pictures of the product.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
Processing Time
Exchanges and claims may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.
